Flamenco Sur was founded in 2010 by artistic director and local flamenco dancer Carlos Villatoro. Since then, Flamenco Sur Dance Co. has been featured in numerous festivals and private events throughout the San Diego area and Southern California. The academy's main objective is to inspire young flamenco dancers and promote the growth of flamenco aficionados in our community.
